How to market my meeting rooms?

I currently am working for a company which specializes in virtual offices, executive suites, etc. Well, we also have to big meeting rooms that are sitting empty which is a waste of money.. Any ideas on marketing these meeting rooms? Or maybe what good business targets might be to go after?

Are you a member of Chamber of Commerce, Board of Trade.

Get the message out of your Services by finding out about local business' requirements and see how you can help them.

Work with a successful local caterer. They may have clients who may be able to use your offices for venues.

Consider a website that will catch visitors to your City - Business people are always looking for meeting places.

Having worked in the industry, I know that homeowners association boards of directors are often looking for meeting space, especially if their community does not have a clubhouse or somewhere to meet. What state are you in?

There are alot of people who would like to host classes for extra money but don't want students in their homes... I am one of them. While alot of groups can get free meeting rooms from libraries, the for-profit entrepreneurs cannot. I would like to have a meeting room to offer my computer classes at a reasonable rate.

Target BNI or other networking groups. Chambers are also great. I like to also look for companies to hold parties if the room is big enough.

Another great target is anyone that wants to provide training or seminars. The coaching industry is great to tap for this.... If you get out there and network with people, you will most likely find others that need the space. Many might even need a virtual office to go with the meeting rooms.

Another market to look at is the single operator companies. People that work from home that don't want a full time office. This is perfect for them.
