remove it from the network uninstall all software and drivers and then pretend its new and just re set it up as you did before if you have further problems call (1-800-HP-Invent OR 1-800-474-6836) that the 25/7 number for hp below is a list of must haves before you call good luck and if all else fails you should get a new printer
