What Are Some Software I Would Need To Make A 3d Virtual Reality Game?

I want to make a game like Real Life. Where people buy cars, build cars, houses, buildings, hotels etc... Start business, companys, work with fake money to buy stuff etc, Create an avatar, interact with others, teleport places etc..

I enjoyed looking at your website. The kind of game you want to create is a pretty big one. Are you sure you're ready for this kind of project? I guess you are if you're asking. :)

Well, I'm not 100% familiar with Dreamweaver, Fireworks, or Flash, but I do know they're capable of making games. This is because I've never purchased them. I'm mostly surrounded in the programming environment with Java, Maya 7.0, C++, Python, and other languages. It doesn't sound like you'll need much more than what you have to me, though you will probably want some kind of music/sound engineering software.

In conclusion, a warning. They type of game you're developing is huge, and you'll probably need some design documents, and heavy funding. This will require market research, and potentially 3+ years of work. Of course, you've probably gone through this stuff already. Anyhow, I listed a template I'm using for my own game below. It's not the software so much as having the ability to store everyone's data. You will need plenty of server space and a very good internet connection. That will cost you a couple hundred thousand dollars.
