I bought a pirated copy of iWork 06. when i insert the cd, the file is in .EXE file. what should i do? |
Yeah, I know that buying a pirated installer is illegal. But pirated installers here in the Philippines are commonly bought and used. I was able to install the Microsoft Office version for macs without any hassle. However, when I tried to install iWork 06, the file is in .exe. I told the vendor to replace it but she said that I only need Virtual PC for it to run. I doubt her suggestion because I think it won't work. Have you tried scanning the .exe with a virus protection program first? If it shows no virus then try the .exe or maybe there is an installer in the actual folder. |
