I usually work from home and I've looked into office space for the summers when kids are home all day. Cost was higher than I was willing to pay.

But there are alternatives - for example I know 2 ladies who have a business together, they've rented a 2BR apartment and turned it into their office - it's quite nice, and suitable for client visits.
