How can a Virtual Assistant/Secretary market their services to clients?

I am a Virtual Assistant/Secretary and I need advice on how I can build my list of clients. I am looking for a way to help individuals and companies realize the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant/Secretary over and in-office Assistant.

I would send out a snail mail flyer to small businesses in your area. Maybe ad a coupon, "10 hours for the price of 5".
