If a company has office in London, is there way 2 check if it is actual or just a e-offiz (virtual offiz)?

Of course, physical verification is the most appropriate, but we would like to know if there is a website or any other tool available for this purpose.

There's no real way of checking this sort of thing. One thing that you can do is cross check the address for other businesses at the same address. If it reaches large numbers, it's possible that it's a virtual office address.

The other check you can do is to search for accommodation addresses and, if the address comes up in that search, the company you're interested in may be using it as an accommodation address.

Having said that, some addresses that offer a virtual office address also have permanent clients at that address.

If you're worried about the credentials of a company, try using other methods to check it out. If it purports to be a limited company, check it out at Companies House. You won't necessarily find its trading address there but you can see whether it keeps its returns up to date.

If the company has a website, check that it shows all its contact details on there. If there's no contact address and they use a non-geographic or mobile telephone number, deal with them with caution. (Many businesses use non-geographic numbers for a good reason.)

Please let me know if there's any more information you'd like. I have experience of accommodation addresses - good and bad. Reputable companies that provide this service take up references for businesses wanting to use their address so, if you can find the name of the company that runs the address, you should be able to ask them whether they do so.
