Bulid your own business (virtual)?

I was wondering if there was a website where i can build my own business sort of like the game SIMS where you design your own home/building but with out the extra stuff. I want to be able to design my own build, walls windows interior, exterior, do you understand?......PLEASE HELP ME this sort of website.....
