I need a great experienced virtual personal assistant. HELP?

How can I find a GREAT personal virtual assistant?

Please do NOT nominate yourself.

I prefer a company NOT a freelancer because I'd have recourse if the person I was working with was not working out. Are there companies like GetFriday.com and Brickworks out there that aren't overwhelmed with business but costs are similar?

I prefer a company ... like GetFriday.com or Brickworks unless I have a personal recommendation I can trust.

Please don't post if you are a VA yourself unless you are recommending a company (e.g. no freelancers).

However I welcome satisfied customers recommending particular VA's they have personal experience with. I know about guru.com and elance.com but don't want to "bid out".

I need help with organizing my work life, making reservations and ordering plans, research (basic), powerpoint, updating and organizing contacts in Outlook, helping me with selling ideas. I don't need graphics, IT, or computer help. TRUST and COMPETENCE and a quick learning curve and education beyond high school (or extensive experience) is needed also.
