Need advice please?

a year ago i rekindled a service industry business that i thought i would never restart again do to to many personel problems. once again i have reached that point and the biz will grow no further with out one of two things happening; virtual slave labor or start sharing the biz ,ownership and profits with friends that i trust. my question is would it be better to have two or three owners. i feel there could be trouble with just two and i feel that three would have a certain checks and balances type thing. ofcourse the trade off is less pie but a stronger base. what are the known social dynamics of such arraingements?

Social dynamics is that everything has the possible outcome of being a draw. 2 vs 2. Three (or five) total with one person designated as the tie breaker vote means that you can spend a lot more time making money and less time resolving politically driven ties.

Set up an organization (LLC?) that is governed by parliamentary procedure as specified by a parliamentary authority (such as Robert's Rules of Order, the current edition). Pick an authority that you can buy the reference book in any local bookstore.

Also to what I wrote on the other post. You have to find out the value and no if it takes slave labor it is not worth it. But if a true profit can be made and if it is shared look at how much stronger this will be. It may be more than if you hold it to just you.

Think of it like this You can carry maybe 100 lbs but you and a few others may carry working together that much more.And if you use your mind maybe you can increase it to 200 lbs. Now with more minds and backs working together it could be even more such as 1000 lbs each. Or money , sales , service and so forth.
You get out of it from what you put in to it.
