Help with Web Design Assignment!!!!!?

The assignment is to search the internet, newspapers, and local contacts and businesses to reasearch the costs involved and the steps required to publish a web site to a virtual host.

Any links or names of newspapers in Georgia that would help are greatly appreciated.

steps required
1) Get a domain name provider - to book your internet name

2) Then develop your website.
3) search for a web hosting provider. You require a professional hosting to be on fat pipes. Technically you can host your site on your own computer also but you will need
A) an static IP
B) lot of bandwidth
so you are better off with a provider only

5) upload your website folders/files to your provider. The provider will supply details on how to do it.
6) point your domain name to your hosting provider IP. This you have to do with your domain name provider.
