i am 100% behind you on this as i am always complaining as well cuz those people cannot speak english or understand when i talk to them. calling sprint or dell or anywhere is almost impossible cuz you can't make out what they are saying. you have to go through like a hundred people before you can talk to someone who speaks english!

It's complete bullsh*t! and shows exactly the sad pathetic state America is in. Sure you might as well, everyone else does. Why should America actually keep jobs for their own citizens when they can outsource to other countries?

Just hire an impersonator that sounds like they come from India,the government will give you tax credits, government grants and aid. All the benefits without all the extras.
