Virtual assistants and other remote freelancers?

I wish i could find a job where i could work from home (no mktg, or selling, or scams). Are there any jobs posted seeking virtual assistants, and jobs for telecommuters, or do you have to seek those jobs out there because these jobs are not posted? (or maybe there aren't any?)

I think you have to seek them out. If I were you I would start by posting your services on Craigslist. You will need references so as you build your practice then you will build your reputation.
