Have you used one? How did it work out for you? Any advice? Good websites to locate VAs?

I never used one, but my friend is one and I've considered going into that myself- and basically she is a freelancer. It really depends on what you need. My friend focuses mainly on design layouts - working on newlsetters as side projects, and gets most of her jobs through recommendations. But if you needed someone to work on reports, spreadsheets, what have you, I'm sure that here are va's who are more than capable/ (most of us started out as Admins/so the wearing the many hats thing is second nature)
