Virtual assistants: Are you required to make calls?

Hi,

I'm a web developer and I'm currently researching the Virtual Assistance field. I think it's a job that I can do very well and something that I really would like to do. As a web developer, my clients always say they love the personal attention I give to them and they usually feel that I exceed their expectations. I think I can offer this same level of service to my VA clients. However, English is not my native language and I do not feel comfortable making telephone calls in this language. Do you think it's possible to work as a VA without having to make phone calls?? Will my other skills and level of service be marketable without phone call service?? Thanks for any comments or ideas..

Try online help.. You can help them over the internet without the need of speaking with them.
