Help With Microsoft Virtual PC! 10 Pts.? |
I've installed Microsoft Virtual PC onto my Vista so I can use my Sony Clie with XP. But when I try to start XP it says: Client Mac Address : -- -- -- -- -- -- (numbers) GUID (then a bunch of letters & numbers) DHCP . . . then it has a rotating / and it stays like that. My mom has Windows XP, do I need her CD to install it? Please help, haven't been able to use the Sony Clie since I've got it Ok, so when I install the XP to my Vista I just place it somewhere on my C: drive. Then when i choose to add hard drive, I choose the XP that I installed? Then it will run>? The operating system needs to be installed on the virtual disk in order to boot into the operating system. The cd drive on the virtual machine needs to be linked to the cd drive on the host machine. Once you boot up the virtual machine boot from the cd and install the os. |

Absolutely. If you have configured your networking on the VM to allow LAN access, then your VM IP MUST be different. ...well i cant do the skin thing, but you can download the latest version for free @ www.thepiratebay.org ...There would be no advantage...because accessing the memory in Virtual Memory would be much slower. ...I'd join up. The main problem is gas/oil companies are jacking up prices for "future" problems lol. And state tax on gas which accounts for a dollar per gallon. More freedoms lost. D... What firewall system are you using? You might find some third party tools to use. Anyways... the only thing I can think of to do that would be Hamachi. It would take some real clever thinking to... send a message to the seller and explain it to the seller. making a paypal payment without notifying your seller might catch him/her off guard. communicate and ask how they would want it resolved... What do you mean you "can't edit past here"? Are you getting errors, can you not figure out how to make something? Please provide more details and someone can help you. ...I wish my experience is helpful for you. Here is the good resource.... |
