Advantages of Virtual Memory (theory question)?

I was taking a test when I was stumped by a question, I was hoping someone could clarify.

The question asked what is virtual memory. My answer was basically that VM allows each process to address the full address space (00000000-FFFFFFFF) those virtual addresses are mapped to physical memory addresses and pages etc. A main advantage of VM is that processes no longer have to worry about that processes relative address in memory. It also allows for swapping to disk if all the data cannot fit in memory. A disadvantage is there is a constant overhead to map the addresses which means slower memory addresses.

The next question was "In the case where computers have infinite memory(amount of mem is not a concern), what are the advantages to virtual memory?

This question had me pretty stumped, I dont see any. If someone could explain any I would appreciate it a lot.

There would be no advantage...because accessing the memory in Virtual Memory would be much slower.

No advantage at all, the theoretical Turing Machine has no such virtual memory; did you BS something along this line or got stuck from stumped and left it blank?
