Half-Life 2 Install Error, PLZ HELP!!? |
Had steam and half life 2 demo, but i uninstalled it since i just bought the full game. Now i get an error that reads "Steam.exe (main exception): Win32 StructuredException at 0E9E61C1 : Attempt to read from virtual address 88 without appropriate access rights. Try going into the steam games list, right clicking on the HL2 game, clicking on properties, and checking the option to "Verify file integrity" or somesuch option. Reinstall it onto a different directory. Like Half Life2a instead of Half Life 2. run ccleaner to rid of the junk files |
