I Told Him I Loved Him! Did I Blow It?

I work w/my crush in the fashion biz, so our jobs are not 9-5 or even part time. He's asked me if I liked him & if I wanted to be with him but I was caught off guard & shy & didn't respond (I guess I couldn't believe he actually liked me,too). A few days later I sent him a message & told him I felt the same but couldn't address those emotions @ work, ect. because we had to be professional. I sent a virtual rose w/ the message, too.

I don't know what he has going on in his personal life but I haven't heard from him in about 5 days. No emails, no phone messages, no texts. Nothing. I'm keeping busy & haven't seen him. I feel a little silly now; I thought he was interested in me. I'm afraid to ask, but did I come on too strong by simply telling him that I was interested in him? *no profanity/name-calling please.
