When i use internet,i feel problem?

i face problam wheni use internet this message occurs again and again.
1. Microsoft Internet Explorer
cannot find 'file:///c:/windows/slogdump.txt'make sure the path or internet address is correct.
this message is showing many many times nad computer hang on.and some time internet explorer application error also.due to this problem our virtual memory going too low,again i feel another problem when i type some text then it does not write anything continue.
2. when i search this file in my computer then i found at 1. c:/window 2. c:/window/system32 and the contents of in this file are http://goraynov.com/media/media/27AVI.30...
3.how can increase our virtual memory without computer format or make big size of partition c:/
4. i know my computer is infected by some virus, some virus was delete and some quarantine. after this process i use repair tool in antivirus program but not able to repair.

Try these 2 things, Sanjay:

1) Download Mozilla Firefox from www.firefox.com. This is a much better internet program than Internet Explorer, and will save you a lot of trouble.

2) If that doesn't help, buy more computer RAM to increase some of your memory. Take your computer to a store if you don't know which one to buy or how to install it.

Download a freeware program called ccleaner and check for "issues" it will give you any issues on your p.c that need repairing and give you options on how to fix them.

You could system restore to a time before the virus or put in your xp disk and get xp to repair itself.

hi try downloading the rial version of anti-sptware... and run a complete scan.... if the problem persists then try system restore to a earlier date.....the day you did not have the problem.. this is possible for XP only.... to do system restore
START>all programs>accesosries>system tools> system restore and select restore toa earlier date and look for the day which is highlighted in bold....choose a date which u think the problem was not there....

by doing this u will not loose any data but will have to loose any updates done in the software.........

You first try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus. You have to decide the date. The problem will be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

After running the virus scan delete all temprory internet files including off line content and also unwanted files and temp. files. Finally, carryout a defragmentation . Your system will be back to the normal...!
