Is it possible, to loosen Program Answers, and let it IT Decide on Merrit Equal Rights for the living Souls?

A Tribal Matter, that shows how close knit a Society within Society Answers has become in such a short span of Time, made me win Questioner麓s admiration and I was voted number one.
I am level 2, and of course I may not vote for Answers published by my community members yet.
As a means of telling the difference, the First generated Lady Alma, with a different mail address, is a level 3 member,, much more tuned in to malpractice then my sphere, in this section.
Am right to assume that IT can prepare an automated link up with a spin off question, directly placed underneath the exhibition of Answers that inspire the Complete File by the One. The potential lies here in, that even Virtual World Has own Aphrodisiac, that sparks of as an automated (therefore needs to be classified as subliminal in experience) Inspiration to Order File Contents Naturally, whilst Exhibition Forum wise redistributed , gets more in depth stories, with a first and a sequel. This leads to other defenitions .

I am the first one to admit, I can laugh myself silly at the silly notion, that voting would be prohibited, because I just picked a best answer for another Question earlier. What I mean to say about rating, is that I find it a natural Community Guideline acting as a prevention of abuse by new people subscribing to answers.

I'll address the ONLY issue I understand in this question. You stated: "I am level 2, and of course I may not vote for Answers published by my community members yet." IF you are talking about the Yahoo Answers Community, you CAN vote. Everybody, at EVERY level, can vote. There is a limit to the # of times you can vote, but that is all. Just click "Discover" above, click the "VOTE" tab (3rd one) and choose questions to vote on.

BTW, THUMBS are not voting -- they are simply rating and count for nothing, except thumbs-up for the person who is finally chosen as Best Answer.
