Illegals....What do we do?

This question is addressing illegals from countries other than Mexico. We have them from all over the globe. Mainly as visa overstayers. We also get some legally to work in industries of the slave and sex trade held as virtual prisoners to fulfill contracts with these unscrupulous employers. They report them as returned to their country of origin but actually are still here. Some bring over gang members of MS13 from other countries who don't return. They have the money to bribe officials for the papers.

2 questions....Did you know this was a problem? And...How do we stop this in our struggles against illegal immigration?

DAR...They come legally but are used illegally.

1. yes I am aware of this problem.

2. Enforce the laws. Get new officials. Close the boarder for 3 to 5 years....no exeptions. Call, fax, and e-mail law makers as often as possible. Vote.

The first thing to do is call, write, or visit your Representatives and let them know that Amnesty will not be tolerated any longer nor will their not enforcing the laws on the books. You are in charge, let them know who put them there and who will take them out.

Yes. As for the sex and slave trade, there is an exemption in our laws. If people are brought in against their will, we can allow them to stay. I'm not sure about the full detail on this. THe rest shold be deported though, expecially MS13 and the snake heads.

Well, let's look at how amnesty has been repeatedlly thwarted over the past year alone.

It starts with the average human being. We are fortunate enough to live in a republic where we can voice our ideals to our representatives. Call, write, email, or visit your congressional reps. It's been succesful so far this year, we can't let up on the pressure.

Secure our borders first, then take a long look at the current immigration policy. No Amnesty for anyone and INS needs to concentrate on deporting those overstaying their Visas and a special group of federal law enforcement needs to be created to address sex slave trade, Internet predators, pedophiles, child pornography and other similar crimes and very very tough sentencing guidelines for those caught committing those crimes.

I agree with Babe. Tell them that you know all this info, spell it out for them, and tell them this will no longer be tolerated by the American people. Tell them the laws must be enforced, and that any proposal that is a coverup for amnesty will never be tolerated by us.

No, I had no idea we allowed that, legally.

I think we need new representatives. I'm thinking of targetting local politicians to run who haven't yet decided they don't really need the voters, and who might consider solutions preferable to preserving an issue. It is going to take some work on our parts, unfortunately, but there it is.
