Can I travel outside the US with an Expired I-551? |
I was approved Permanent residency in June of 2001 and received my conditional 2 year Green card which had its conditional status removed in 2003. Since then I have not received my new I-551 Green card replacement and have been using the temporary I-551 stamp at my local immigration office. You are more than likely going to have a problem on re-entry into the United States with an expired I-551 stamp. |
