Interview for Temporary Clerical assistant! What should I expect?

It's for the local Council Offices. What kind of questions will they ask and how should I answer them. I've had no work experience before since I left college last year so I really need help. What kind of work would I be doing?

Plus, the letter said I will have a fifteen minute test as well. What will this be about???

The test may be a computer test, perhaps to see how fast you type. It could be a personality quiz. Most employers are getting into the habit of doing pre-employment skills tests before interviewing.

They could ask you questions about your dependability, how hard you work, strengths, weaknesses. If you have any affiliation with any of the council members? They may give you a scenario and ask you what you would do in that situation.
