CR1 visa Interview? Can they refuse me?

I'm so stressed. I'm married to an American Citizen for 1.5 years, living together for 2.5 years, knowing each other for 12 years, and we have a 10 month old baby together. He moved to England to live with me 2.5 years ago. Our paperwork is finished, case is closed, done all the medical examination stuff, interview scheduled for next month. I'm very scared. Can they refuse me? We married overseas in the registry office, totally legal, but we didn't have a wedding party, at least not yet. He is the sole sponsor. First they sent a letter to us missing domicile documents, then after explaining, they realized that he hasn't given up his domicile in USA, as he has a temporary residence in England, and has been filing his tax from overseas. They accepted and closed the case. I'm very scared though, how possible is it that it's being refused?

Take a break and relax. If everything you've said here is true, and I imagine it is, the interview will be little more than a formality. Basically, you have to show that your spouse is an American, you are legally married and that he can afford to support you in the US. You also have to show that you have a real relationship and that you didn't get married just to get a green card. The fact that you've been married for over a year and have a child together is more than ample evidence of that. Assuming you aren't a former or current terrorist, with lots of drug convictions, prior immigration violations and have a serious case of leprosy, you pretty much should be good to go. Of course, if you do have some or all of those things, you might actually get refused.

Yes, it's possible. However, unless you have a criminal past or a history of drug use I don't see any reason why they will turn your visa down. Just relax. You're going to be fine.

The worst thing that can happen is that you stress your self out and freak out during the interview. Relax, chill
