Hey Guys: Does this sound like a winner or a loser? Would you go for a girl like this?

My friend hasn't had a bf in a full yr now. She took some time off the bf/gf circuit to focus on herself, play the field, and now she's ready for a bf. She's 25 yrs old, 5'7" and thin yet curvy, overall fairly attractive. Best features are her eyes, smile, and boobs; worst features are her nose and at times her bad posture. College grad, works a full-time office admin job + part-time waitressing job. Lives in an apartment with a temporary roommate who's her best friend. Drives a nice car. Talks a lot, sometimes way too much. Talks a lot about her friends. Is a little shy at first but warm + funny when you get to know her. Overall sweet person(but tries to deny this sometimes). Used to be a doormat but working to improve that. Hasnt had a bf in over a yr...but has hooked up/gone on dates tho in the meantime. Anti-drug(but drinks socially). Guys: Is this someone that will probably find a bf soon or should I tell her she needs to improve in a few areas if she wants any success with it?

Comfort: She already got one kind of plastic surgery...trust me rhino is the next kind she's considering.

You've done a great job describing her physically, and that helps determine if guys will be initially attracted, (sounds like they will), but few, (if any), decent guys will stay with a woman based simply on how she looks.

Is she smart? (a college degree doesn't tell me that, all it says is that she's determined enough to put up with a lot of crap from a system), Funny? Quick witted? Honest? Caring? Frigid? a tramp?

What is she like? What does she like and dislike?

Is she honest, trustworthy and faithful?

Can she keep a secret?

Does she like dogs? What kind?

EDIT: Tell her physical beauty is only skin deep, ugly goes clear to the bone.
If a guy is only interested in her money or looks, he's not worth keeping as a boyfriend. What you look like will attract guys, who you are determines if they stay around for a significant relationship.
They may not be the rule, and may even be few and far between, there are guys out there that appreciate women for who they are, (what they look like and how much they make just becomes bonus).
Tell her not to settle for just a pretty face, (guys like she's looking for don't, we want the whole enchilada!)
I'm married and in love with my wife, but I've got a single brother who she might well like.

It sounds like her potential is great, but she's got to be able to say "no" to those who would be unhealthy for her, (berate her, use her, mistreat her......she needs someone who will cherish and love her.........)

there's someone for everyone... if she wants a boyfriend, she'll get one... there's nothing you described holding her back... I personally would not be interested bc of the "talk a lot" thing..

I don't doubt at all that she's very capable of pulling in some guy. She doesn't sound bad to me. If her nose and posture are the worst things about her, then yeah, she should have NO problem finding herself a good bf.

the choice depends on person to person. from what u wrote i can say she can be a good friend if not a gf. but remember for everyone there is someone somewhere.

she does not have to change to live up to others expectations of her or to some protocol of a 'winner' or a 'loser'...who cares about her nose or posture...i dont see her on here listing ur flaws and attributes...i wouldnt be looking at her, id be looking at urself a little more closely to do that to a friend...
who cares if shes not dated, maybe the guys arent to her standards, maybe its cause shes shy, but it doesnt matter...her person is out there and will love her no matter what flaws she has...she shouldnt have to change for anyone, especially a friend...i woudlnt dare tell her she needs to improve anything, and if u did id hope she would have teh backbone to onslaught u with a list of improvements u need
its one thing to tell a friend to be more confident, and that if she asks a guy out etc she will get better results, but the things u say about ur 'friend' in this are shallow and i dont even know why she has u a friend...saying she talks too much sometimes, has a bad nose and bad posture...witih friends like u she doesnt need enemies

She sounds completely fine. However, the thing is - you can't pick who you like. Someone might be wonderful in every aspect - but you can't force yourself to like someone.

u don't have to tell her to her face to improve but if she does not then u go ahead

The nose and posture things are major red flags. She should work out and consider plastic surgery.

Edit to add - I don't think I've ever gotten this many thumbs down for one answer. I am somewhat proud of this. Bad posture is a sign of other health issues, and a bad nose is easily fixable. What's wrong with pointing this out?
