Could I wear a short woollen skirt over black boots while I am working in a temporary office job? -?

Or does this look too tarty?

I would ask the temp agency what is appropo.....
Better to dress up then to be under-dressed....you might NOT get asked back...or as the temp agency gets feedback from the company, they may judge you by your appearance.
Fair? Perhaps NOT, but it IS a reality of life.
If this job is a nice one, you will want to fit in.Again, better to be a bit OVERdressed than be under-dressed and have negative things spread about you. Good luck.

go for it, if its temp. work who cares... its not as if your going to spend the rest of your life with these people

If you're ever in doubt about if an outfit is suitable for the office, don't wear it.
