Prab.'s version is a little effusive for my taste and there are spelling and grammatical errors.
That's my 2-cents-worth in writing such business letters, it is advisable not to use abbreviations especially on the name of the company and dates indicated on your letter. for the closing salutation, it should be either respectfully yours or sincerely yours and not regards which is only for a friendly letter though the grammars were good on this letter. A few little tweaks and this letter should be fine:
