Error in sending email with outlook?

Hi All
when i want send email with outlook 2003 in HTML format with word editor i see error message with title " interface not registered " i uninstall and install my office but problem didn't fix,by temporary i fix my problem by sending email in plan text format
please help me to fix my problem

If the file named Ole32.dll & Msrdo20.dll is not registered properly you get this error. Follow the following steps to fix this problem.

Start-> Run and type;

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\MSRDO20.dll

This will correctly register the ole32.dll & msrdo20.dll file in the registry.

If this still does not fix the issue then pls revert back

Create a file named Register.bat, and then place the file in the WindowsDirectory\System32\ folder on your computer.

Add the following line to the BAT file:
for %%v in ( *.dll ) do regsvr32 /s %%v

Run the BAT file.

That should resolve the "Interface not Registered error when Word is the email editor" in Outlook

check your pop3 and SMTP setting, you have to specify the error for good solution there are tons of problem that can cause it but not reinstalling
