If not, then you need to camp at your attorney's office door until such time as an emergency petition for temporary restraining order can be filed.

As far as the two previous responses here,I saw that you just signed up today so you are still learning how this thing works. People should take the time to find those things out before saying anything, in my opinion. For whatever it is worth, I think what you have said is good advice.
