Can I make a car dealership to apply for title? It's been almost 2 months and title has not been applied for.

I am in Georgia. I purchased a car in October, it is noe December. I constantly call the dealership, but no one is helping me. They just give me the run around. My temporary tag is expired. I called the county tag office to see if it was applied for. They told me it has not yet been transferred. Is there any legal actions I can take to rush them on applying for my tag?

The dealership MUST give you a new temporary tag if they can't provide the real one yet.
