Help!!Urgent.My life problem, friends today i have to meet with my boss?

Today now i have to meet with my boss so i have to prepare myself for that, I have to ask him.I was appointed temporary in this company, but 2 days before he called me in his office and resigned me some job and told me he will increase my salary. But one of my collegue said that he told him iam not appointed u can go after 2 months,so i want to ask my boss i have to go stay here so in which way i have ask friends?

if you got the assignment just 2 days ago with a salary increase, you did something to impress your boss. do the best you can with the position and you could get promoted again.
perhaps your friend who said you can get tossed after 2 months is jealous - or if this is the law in your country, then make sure you do a great job so you don't get tossed. But if you were just given a better position with better pay, you're probably doing something right.
settle into your new position - do it well - and in a week or so after you've settled in and are good at it - then ask your boss if you feel you need to.
