I would like to relate my bad experiences on this purchase and would like to seek the authority ( CASE?) to help me out to address this. Secondly, I would like the public to aware of this product of poor quality that is still selling in Singapore Store.
In early this year, I purchased this STRAATEN RoboVac - a automatic vaccum cleaner .
However, just before a month of usage, it was faulted and need to send for repair.
I went down and get to repair and promised that the new one is of good condition.
But, within weeks, I need to go down again as it was faulted again. I was explained by them that it was due to design faults.
They again send me a new one temporary for usage.
This goes on and on for more than 7 times of exchange/repairs.
I was very frustrated and ask for a refund and claim of my transport but this was refused by the American Appliances Pte Ltd.
Question:
1. Can I get a refund due to their faulty products which was still not resolved till to date? Who can help me on this ? Case?
2. Can I ask for a transport claim as I was going to their service office so many times?
3. Can any authority look into this immediate and put a stop to their selling outside as their design fault still not resolved? I had a similar experience, and my attorney was able to get the matter resolved satisfactorialy. I suggest you ger a good lawyer. |
