Is there a telephone answering machine that can hold 2 or more outgoing messages and be controlled remotely ?

This is for my office. Should it snow over the week-end, and my office will not open, I'd like to call the office answering machine to change the normal outgoing message to the inclement weather message, or holiday, or long week-end message.Is there a telephone answering machine that will do this.

you wouldnt want an answering machine...i dont know who ur service provided is, but i know with verizon, there is something called one point voicemail...you have a lot of different mailboxes and u will b able to accs it remotely...call up your provider and get voicemail (but make sure the answering machine is offfor voicemail to kick in.)
