If you can drive, even shorter distances, you'd do better with a regular office job such as receptionist. There are very few "at home" jobs and a huge number of scammers who offer "at home" jobs. Of the ones which are real, there are so many more applicants than openings that you're almost as likely to win the lottery. If you're disabled there may be government or special agency services for people with disabilities in your city to help them find jobs.

y not take a course on line for medical transcription . this way you can work from home. Dr offices will call you and set up things with you that you can type out for them. they will either fax or mail to your home and you would type it up for them. or you can go to a business school in your area, to get the training you need for medical transcription. would probable be better off going that route then doing an on line course.
