What are the two most important elements when answering the telephone in the office? Attitude and fluency in speech. Clearly identifying the office you are in, discerning who is calling, and why. state the co. name and who would you like speak to, or can i help you. if it person,lets say ,in an ill mode, just tell them you'll see what you can do. tis better to hang up than disgrace the co. name.....c-ya........THE"IS" Ask and listen clearly. Keep your voice clear and use very good conversation when talk with others.and in very good manners.lets caller judged /or know your company is the very professional corporation. |
