Need a hone telephone manual?

Right my parents still have a corded bt telephone,
R123+ digital telephone answer machine,

they cant find the manual online, they have tried the bt site, and the manual is no longer on there, please could anyone either tell me where it might be or let me know where it is, thank you all for your time :-)

i have ran a few searchs through google and no luck so far!

I'm assuming you're referring to the Response 123 Plus? There's a resource finder (link below) from the BT Site with a telephone number...about a third of the way down...here for info...

I bet it's fallen down the back of the settee.

Try calling the company by looking up in the yellowpages.com and see if they would still carry a manual.
