I have a non voice modem What can I use to answer my telephone line while I am online?

Which system can be used with windows xp and a non voice modem so I can answer my telephone while I am online. Only ones I am seeing I have to have a voice enabled modem which i do not have.So basically my ? is what can I do to answer my telephone while I am online.Which ones do not have to have a voice enabled modem installed for me to get on my computer besides callwave and buzz me which I tried and did not like at all.
