Is there a Windows Mobile 5 program that can answer a telephone call from a cell phone using bluetooth?

For example, If you have a Windows Mobile 5 device that has no cell phone capabilities is there a program that you could use to connect to a cell phone and answer calls through the Window Mobile Device.

I am not sure if there exists such an adapter. But there are many offerings for cell phones with Windows Mobile 5.
