Now that my cell phone tells me the number that is calling, I usually say "Hi, so and so". I used to just say, 'Hello".

Seriously, I do that.

I would give you my number to call me but then it wouldn't be safe here on the internet.

In the country I am from it is considered normal to say your name when you answer the phone, especially when there are more then one person living in the house. In New Zealand where I live now, I find most people only say "hello"

Mostly just hello.
Sometimes I say Ahoyhoy, particularly because nobody interesting calls me.
