AT&T small business system speakerphone with digital answering system and caller id/call waiting 984?

Hello! Just wondering if anyone knew any specifics on the subject telephone. I'm trying to get the answering machine "AutoAttendant" to work. The time on the clock changes. It's about one hour off - and it changes by itself.... Is this the reason the auto attendant is not working?!?!!! Does this happen to all 984's? Should I call the company!!?? Why does the time keep changing? PLEASE HELP MEEE!!
