Is an IPAQ a telephone?

I own a Ipaq 1945 or something like that, and am not really clear as to how to use it as a telephone or if it even has that capability? Not to sound stupid, or electronically-challenged(retarded)oh wait- not to offend the retards- but if you're retarded- why are you answering my question anyways?

Not all iPAQs are telephones. I own an old h6315 iPAQ sold by t-mobile it is a cell phone and an iPAQ pocket PC. The phone version of the iPAQ has a small stubby antenna on the top of it. Your iPAQ is not a cell phone. It does have wireless blue-tooth technology which you can use to sync to other blue-tooth devices.

IPAQ does make PDA phones which means it is a personal data assistant that also works as a mobile phone. I have never heard of the 1945, however I am familiar with the 6515. I would take your phone to your wireless provider and see if it has telephone capability.
