Can I locate a person from just their telephone number and area code for free?

I heard there is a directory to locate Name, perhaps address or e-mail address of people by using just their telephone number. I woudlike to know this answer searching for free, please

just try searching google for the number. ex: search "(555)555-2398" and the name will come up most of the time.

since u got their number, why dont u just call and ask them where they at?

I've tried (out of curiosity) searching my own number as well as that of known family members and friends and I can tell you, you HAVE TO PAY for any such information on people... period. Sorry!

the answer is sometimes. If they have an unlisted number or chose to not allows address than no. This also can only locate the head of the household.

msn has a "reverse phone number" option. go to msn homepage, click on "white pages" and then you should see it.
sorry, i don't know about e mail addresses.
