What is asked in a Bank of America Telephone interview?

I have qualified the online assessment test and have a telephone interview scheduled with the HR. Pls suggest me how to prepare for this.... probable questions and answers.

In the phone interview refrain from using casual language like "yea" and "ummm." Make a good first impression! Be confident and don't be afraid. What position did you apply for? Depending on the position they might ask you hypothetical questions regarding the position. Have your resume in hand so you can answer their questions regarding past experiences.
Some typical questions they will ask would be, why are you interested in Bank of America? They look for retention and eagerness to work. So make sure you get the message across. Questions will be simple and more about you, your personality and work experience. Have good answer for your weakness and strengths question. Answer it with something like you do realize this "thing" is your weakness but that you have been working on it and have improved. :)
