Help 2 questions that need answering?

i have a road runner email account that stopped working when i got a new modem for digital telephone. do i need to setup a new email account, if so how? and does it cost more if i get roadrunner with aol?

If you have switched to a different ISP then your previous email will be lost. So, you will hace to get a new email setup with your current ISP. But if you only changed the modem or router then you need to setup your road runner email to access it with an email client from your desktop or over the web by loging-in to you email just like yahoo mail.

if you are with timewarner call them and find out also if you have roadrunner with timewarner you get AOL free so call someone and find out whats up

i have never used raodrunner, so this is just my guess..since you have a new modem, you simple need to set up the correct settings under your modem in your control panel, and delete any old modems that are no longer used, as your computer may not know you have a new modem and that old modem is no longer the delfault modem,,,thry that

Call Time Warner ... they will straighten it out. Thats what we pay them for. And the aol is free only to new subscribers. ( they got me too)
