Interview tips for becoming a customer care rep?

I have a interview tomorrow, I know...last minute. but what tips do i need to go into this interview. the basic description of the job is answering telephone, paying peoples bills, complaints...etc.

Yuck. I worked in this type of job before and hated it!!

Cons:
1. Dealing with horribly mean people on the phone is ridiculously hard. Picture screaming and long silences.
2. Sitting in one place, staring at one thing all day is enough to drive anyone crazy.
3. Trying to document everything, pull up accounts, and fix a problem at the mercy of your system while having some one listen to every word you say is appalling.

Pros:
1. You get to go home at the end of the day.
