Telephone line bill payment enquiry?

I made a call from my pc(clic2call yahoo messenger with bt communicator)to africa mobile was last year I received my bill amount of 拢372.03. I called BT to ask them about they said to me I made a call to africa mobile.I told them I didn't made any call from my phoneline but from my pc.then they transferred my case to investigation team.on 4/1/2007 investigation team wrote letter to me and apologise for the need to raise a complaint with themselves.they have corrected the charges to the calls made to this mobile and adjusted my bill.the correct amount outstanded was 拢157.80 I paid full amount then the problem was pass.0n march this year I received a bill of 拢250.97 I asked them why this amount they answered to me you made a call to africa mobile last year.they sent again my case to investigation team,this one wrote letter said to me wait untill the problem sort out.so far nothing but I paid 拢115.97 to day I can't make a call from my phoneline can you help me please?

you need to contact bt again and complain if you put it in writing they have to investigate if you get no joy transfer your landline to a different company. i would also consult a solicitor for legal advice and let them deal with bt if you get no joy

As far as my broadband goes it has been fine for me, but whenever you want to enquire about anything, noone has a clue or who you should be speaking to and you are diverted all around the world for 45 minutes at a time. Plus because the nationality of call centres abroad is often not British, it has been hard to understand who I am speaking with.
