Can any one tel me the telephone number for the uk base of sapphire ati graphic cards. help?

the number i have is 01793423830 and it is not answered.my card has gone faulty and after sending a fax to this number they still do not answer.i have been trying for over a week.the other number i have is 08701288310 and this is supposed to be the technical support number but again they do not answer.
i need help
