What is this telephone number????

Please tell me if the following US phone number is a
- Mobile number, or
- normal landline number, or
- number with special charges???:

(480) 505-8XXX ... i have put XXX for last 3 digits.

Please tell ASAP. Thanks for helping. Serious answers only

I just want to make sure that it is not a "number with extra charge". My service provider gives me free calling to Landline and Mobiles of USA. So if it's Landline or Mobile, no problems.

So I just want to make sure that it is not one of those telemarketing big money eating special numbers.

Looks like a regular number. There is no way to tell whether it is landline or cell, but there is NO extra charge for calling cells in the USA (different from Europe!)
Special charge numbers here are 900 numbers.

480 AZ -7 GMT Arizona: East Phoenix (see 520; also Phoenix split 602, 623)

well i do know that the number is from somewhere in the Phoenix AZ area because i know sum1 with that area code but the other than that i have no clue

Im gonna guess landline, here in missouri we have a landline with prefix 816-5053xxx
