How do I convert the video so I can use it with my Telephone/camera?

I have a Phone with a camera that only accepts the following extentions (videos) .acc, .mp4, .m4a, .3gp and 3g2
Presently I can see the video on my computer media player
Audio format is PCM and type of file is video clip.
How can I convert it to the above extentions so I can see it on my phone? If you have the answer if its not too much trouble you can send it to serna @hotmail.com Thanks

Total Video Converter is the best solution I have found. I use it weekly to convert many different formats to .3gp. Free for a short time, then $45 to buy. But if you are going to be converting video for your phone frequently, it will be worth it. Otherwise, there are many freeware editions of other converters to be found on the web. Do a search on video + converter.
